Fightpassport

The Fight Passport is a digital competition booklet. It is mandatory for everyone who fights matches in kickboxing, Thai boxing and MMA in the Netherlands. All recognized fight organizations and ring doctors use this system.

Each registered fighter can view his or her own status and record. Log in via fightpassport.nl. If you have fought a match, the result will be processed within four days.

In full contact combat sports various organizations organize and supervise events in the Netherlands. For years there was no overview of the status (also in medical terms) of every fighter. A fighter who was knocked out or suspended from one organization, could simply participate in competitions with another organization. There was also no good overview of how many matches someone had fought. For example, a very experienced athlete could come up against a much less experienced athlete. This is pedagogically and medically undesirable. To counter such situations, the VA came up with the Fightpassport.

Are you a competitive fighter, but don’t have a VA number yet? Register now. Please read the Fight Passport Manual first! (In Dutch.) You pay a one-off fighter contribution of 10 euros upon registration. This is possible with iDeal or credit card.

Doesn’t work? Then check our Fightpassport manual or the Fightpassport login help. (In Dutch only.)

You need your own e-mail address to register. So you cannot use the address of the gym, your trainer or your parents. Don’t have your own email address yet? Here’s how to create it.

For more information or questions for the VA, you can email: info@vechtsportautoriteit.nl

NOTE: The Fightpassport is an independent system. It is separate from membership in any sports association.

From now on it really applies: no registration = no fight!

The Fight Passport takes full account of privacy legislation. Here you will find our privacy statement for the Fightpassport and our GDPR Document (general data protection regulation) that has been drawn up about this.
